What's a semi-private training session?

At Redline Athletics, the cornerstone of our program is semi-private training. These are 60-minute sessions where your child trains in a small group with peers of similar age and skill level. This format allows us to leverage healthy competition to maximize each athlete’s performance and engagement.

- Coach-to-athlete ratio: Approximately 1:10 for personalized attention.

- Affordable and flexible: Semi-private sessions are more cost-effective than personal training and offer great scheduling convenience.

- Plenty of options: We host sessions six days a week (Monday–Saturday), with 25+ time slots available each week to fit your family’s schedule.
