I’m T.W. Lavender, a lifelong athlete and performance coach. My journey began on the track, where I competed in the Junior Olympics in Europe and later sprinted and jumped for the University of Cincinnati. Specializing in the 100m, 200m, and Triple Jump, I learned firsthand the discipline and drive it takes to compete at the highest levels.
After a career-changing injury, I turned my passion toward coaching and athlete development. What started as helping high school athletes quickly grew into a career shaping champions across multiple sports.
