Speed Club
Included · Members Only
Once a month, every active member gets to find out exactly how fast they are. We use laser timing technology to measure your top speed in MPH — real numbers, no guessing.

The Chain — 12 to 20 MPH Club
Hit 12 MPH or faster and you earn the chain. Your photo gets taken and goes up on the wall. This is how we celebrate speed at Redline — you run the number, you get the recognition.

Track & Field Club
Mon · 7:00 PM · $40/session
Train like an elite athlete under Blair Brooks — professional long jumper and coach at Grand Canyon University. Built for track athletes chasing PRs, cleaner technique, and that edge on meet day. Focus areas: acceleration, max velocity, sprint mechanics, and video feedback.
Running Back Club
Wed 7–8PM · Sun 1–2PM · $40/session
Position-specific training for football athletes. Covers explosive speed & agility, strength development, vision, footwork, ball-handling, and football IQ. Mentorship from elite coaches and former players.
Baseball Training

Redline has two professional batting cages available for team and individual training. Choose from cages only, or pair your cage time with speed, strength, and agility work for a complete baseball performance session.

1-on-1 Coaching with Coach Greg
Take your game to the next level with private coaching sessions led by Coach Greg. Focused, personalized instruction for hitters and players serious about improving their craft.

Physical speed and strength are only half the equation. That's why MEP is included with every active membership — the last 10 minutes of Monday and Thursday sessions are dedicated to structured mental performance education led by our Sport & Performance Psychology specialist. Month 1

Book Performance Testing via the Redline 2.0 App before spots fill — sessions run April 23–25, 75 minutes each.
Summer camp registration is open. June weeks are expected to fill first — lock in your spot early.
Speed Club is included with every membership — once a month, laser-timed speed testing in MPH. Hit 12–20 MPH and you earn the chain and a spot on the wall.
Track & Field Club meets every Monday at 7pm. Add-on service — $40/session. All skill levels welcome — just bring the drive to improve.
Running Back Club runs Wednesdays 7–8pm and Sundays 1–2pm. Add-on service — $40/session.
